- Access to the Saastraunt platform and dashboard
- Online ordering storefront and menu management tools
- Order processing, payment handling, and delivery coordination
- Customer support through designated channels
3. Subscription and Usage Rights
Upon subscribing to Saastraunt, you receive access to the platform features included in your selected plan, as outlined in our License Agreement. Your subscription is non-transferable and subject to the restrictions described therein.
4. Account Registration
To access the platform, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
5. Payment and Refunds
Subscription fees are processed through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts. Cancellation and refund requests should be submitted via our contact form.
6. Intellectual Property
Saastraunt and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Saastraunt and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants access to the platform; it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or sublicense your platform access without authorization
- Use the services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
- Upload malicious code or content
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saastraunt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
